From Peru South America, Palo Santo also known as Holy Wood, has been used for centuries by the Inca’s and people of the Andes.
Palo Santo Wood can be used as an alternative to smudging with sage. It is purifying, cleansing and with a pleasant aroma. It’s known to bring a grounded and clear feeling when burned. It is a great alternative if you are not comfortable with using traditional white sage smudge stick.
Burns slowly so you can get a number of smudges from just one stick.
